Designer Rowhome Renovation, Philadelphia.
About This Project
A designer-grade renovation of a classic two-story Philadelphia rowhouse — the kind of project where every room got a point of view. The master bath is the showpiece: glossy green herringbone tile, a freestanding tub with a brass floor filler, and a walnut double vanity under marble.
The rest of the house keeps pace. The guest bath pairs a navy vanity with geometric black-and-white floor tile and a brick-look walk-in shower; the kitchen runs a pro-style range under a teal vent hood with open wood shelving. Outside, the facade was repainted black and white under its ornate original pediment — and the entry got a custom yellow art-deco security door you won't find on any other block.
Renovations like this succeed on coordination: tile setters, painters, and metal fabricators all working to one design language. That's the general contracting discipline behind the photos.
