New Construction Townhome, Philadelphia.
About This Project
A three-story infill townhome built from the ground up on a Philadelphia corner lot — modern gray panel bays over black brick at the street, with a concrete stoop and metal railings that will still look right in twenty years.
Inside, whitewashed oak floors run to a kitchen with a quartz waterfall island, black fixtures, and sliding doors to a private concrete patio. The layout keeps the living level open front to back, with the stair tucked to one side as a dark-stained counterpoint.
Infill construction means building tight to neighbors, tight to the lot lines, and tight to the inspection schedule. This one went from foundation to finishes with our own crew on every phase.
